It’s a miracle! We called about the horrid smell in our car, like a dead animal. I spoke with Jesse. He recommended I come in when I had a moment and would look at the car soon as I came in. As promised he made a spot for me as soon as I arrived. They found the mold infestation, product of an accidental sunroof-open-torrential-downpour. We still have some work to do to fully rectify the issue (seat removal, etc), but Jesse and Doug were able to get us back into the car within 15 minutes with a smell that left my son saying, “Wow! It’s a miracle!” No more breathing-in what smelled like a dead cat! Best of all, I felt like Jesse and Doug treated us like we were human, they took time to chat, shared smiles and warmth (that was all above and beyond). A+!
